John has 13 years experience in arranging commercial financing on a wide range of properties for either investors or owner/users. His background in structured debt financing and secondary market transactions provide a tremendous asset to our clients.

Our knowledge of the commercial real estate markets and the active funders capable of meeting our clients' requirements are the keys to success in today's economy. The Financial Services Department maintains strong ties to existing funding relationships and continues to source new programs for our clients.

The following Items are needed for prior to MacLaughlin & Company's underwriting for formal Letter of Interest consideration:

Key Principals:
  1. Completed Personal Financial Statement and detailed schedule of real estate owned
  2. Recent credit report or knowledge of credit scores.
  3. Complete 2009 Personal & Business Federal Tax Returns
  4. Complete 2008 Personal & Business Federal Tax Returns
  5. Complete 2007 Personal & Business Federal Tax Returns
  6. Completed Debt schedule for the business
  7. 2010 Interim Business Financial Statement with Balance sheet.
Property:
  1. Income & expense statements (operating history) for subject property for 2008 & 2009
  2. Current detailed rent roll including unit mix
  3. Photos of subject property
  4. Purchases: sales contract, escrow instructions (in applicable markets) and leases (if available).
  5. Refinances: statement of purpose or 'sources and uses' of loan proceeds analysis.
